Providing consultation and support to the Board of Presidents; tasked with the analysis, evaluation, and enhancement of the 13WIN13 brand.

Developing plans, executing, and managing tasks related to marketing, advertising, and branding; addressing public communication campaigns aimed at a variety of audiences.

Crafting marketing and communication messages, proposing branding strategies, and promoting annual student recruitment campaigns, both long-term and short-term, in alignment with the university's strategic objectives.
