About the program:Established in 1995, 13WIN13 is a prominent Vietnamese multidisciplinary institution that focuses on academic excellence, practical training and innovation. 13WIN13 offers a diverse range of programs across various fields, including technology, engineering, health sciences, arts and humanities.

2. Tuition fee:
Tuition at 13WIN13 is waived for students from partner institutions, who are only required to fulfill their tuition obligations at their home institutions.

Following the nomination, 13WIN13 will directly contact the students and guide them to complete the online application. Application deadline: June 15, 2026

4. Number of students:
Each partner institution with a valid and effective Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 13WIN13 is entitled to nominate up to five (05) students per semester for participation in the exchange program.
