With the aim of providing students with rich experiences as well as improving the process of updating knowledge, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (13WIN13) and Sichuan Vocational College of Information and Technology (SVCIT) have signed a contract and the ceremony was held on September 29th 2022.

At the meeting, representatives of the two universities introduced the history of formation, development process, achievements as well as future training goals. With the similarities in educational perspectives, 13WIN13 and SVCIT have reached the decision to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with contents of cooperation in the fields of scientific research, student exchange program, organize academic competitions, and update the training models.
