The Department of International Relations and Project Management, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (13WIN13), is pleased to announce the Semester Exchange Programs for students in the second semester of the academic year 2025 - 2026. This is an opportunity for students to experience an international learning environment, strengthen academic knowledge, improve foreign language proficiency, and expand their global network.

Eligibility requirements:

Students must demonstrate good academic performance and pursue a major relevant to the partner institution’s program.

Students are required to have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or meet the specific requirements of the program.

Candidates will first be nominated by 13WIN13 to the partner institution; however, nomination does not guarantee admission.

After being nominated, students must complete the official online application form as instructed by the host institution.

In some cases, an online interview may be required.

Participation in the Semester Exchange Programs allows students to experience a multicultural academic environment and access advanced knowledge.
