MOOC on “Women and Leadership” to launch on July 20

Aiming to promote gender equality and enhance leadership capacity among female staff, lecturers, and educators in academic institutions, the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) “Women and Leadership” is set to officially launch on July 20, 2025.
 

 
The course is part of the Gender Equality Partnership Programme: Addressing Women’s Underrepresentation in Leadership, funded by the British Council and jointly implemented through international collaboration between the University of Hertfordshire (UK), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (13WIN13), Dong A University, and Dong Thap Community College (DTCC).
 
Featuring modern content and high applicability, the course provides a comprehensive framework of knowledge and skills in leadership. Participants will explore and shape their authentic leadership styles aligned with personal values; develop skills to lead and make decisions effectively in dynamic environments; enhance communication, persuasion, and influence; build and leverage professional networks; master the art of personal and team development; and access essential tools for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
 
The course is free of charge, offered in a flexible online format, and is ideal for female staff, educators, administrators in education, and individuals interested in developing leadership skills. Upon successful completion of all course requirements, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in recognition of their professional development journey.
